At Good Heart Uganda, we believe that every elderly individual deserves dignity, care, and compassion. Our Elderly Home Care Support program is designed to provide holistic care and support to vulnerable elderly persons in Iganga, Uganda.
Our Mission
To improve the quality of life of elderly individuals in Iganga, Uganda, by providing comprehensive home care support, promoting their well-being, and advocating for their rights.
Services We Offer
1. Medical Care: As good heart, we reach out to trained healthcare professionals with whom we team up to provide medical care which includes; wound dressing, medication management, and health monitoring.
2. Personal Care: We assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and feeding.
3. Nutritional Support: Our program provides nutritious meals and snacks to ensure our beneficiaries receive adequate nutrition.
4. Social Support: We offer companionship, emotional support, and counseling to alleviate loneliness and isolation.
5. Household Support: Our team assists with household chores, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
